KidsWatch is a parental controls platform provided by KidsWatch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The Service allows parents and guardians to manage screen time, activity modes, content filters, and break reminders on children's devices. By using KidsWatch, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow unauthorised access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected breach at hello@kidswatch.app.

You agree to use KidsWatch only for lawful purposes and only in relation to devices you own or have explicit permission to manage. You must not attempt to circumvent the service, reverse-engineer its security mechanisms, or use it to monitor persons who have not consented to such monitoring.

To the extent permitted by UK law, KidsWatch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by you during that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
